Topics on the show included talk about the Knicks situation heading into the upcoming season, including the talk of Denver Nugget Carmelo Anthony’s possibility of coming to New York. The second half of the show focused mostly on baseball and the New York Yankees, followed by some New York football talk, specifically about the Jets, with engineer Adam Kern. Former Knick John Starks was to appear on the show, but was a last minute cancellation.

Hosted by Brandon Contes. Topics on the show featured talk about the Yankees and their trade deadline moves. Yankee beat writer for Newsday Erik Boland came on the show to talk with Brandon about the moves the Yankees made, and how manager Joe Girardi will handle the roster moving forward. Then Brandon expressed his thoughts on the Mets, before closing out the show with some NFL training camp talk regarding both the Giants and Giants, as well as Darrelle Revis situation.

Mike ‘Spanky’ Schimmel hosts. Regular co-host Jeff Stark was not in the studio this evening,  so engineer Adam Kern and “production assistant” Anthony Ambrosino helped to keep the show moving along. Topics on the show included some Mets and Yankees talk, and with NFL training camp coming up, the guys discuss  5 questions that the Jets and Giants must answer by the end of training camp.
